Hotel Booking

While a discounted rate of $179/night is available for REMBOD attendees, you are responsible for booking at your convenience. The deadline for booking is 12/26/2023.

What time is Check- In and Check-Out at Chateau Elan

The Hotel check-in time is 4:00 PM. Room assignments prior to that time will be made on an availability basis. Check-out time is 11:00 AM.

Do I have access to other amenities at the resort

Yes and may incur additional cost. Among other amenities, the following are included for REMBOD attendees, Driving range access (1 complimentary range token; call Pro Shop to reserve) • Resort bicycles (available 9:00am-5:00pm)

Spa Appointments

Spa appointments have not been contracted or confirmed at this time. In the event that you wish to schedule Spa appointments at a later date, it will be based on availability. Advanced appointment times are highly recommended and may be booked through the Group Spa Sales Coordinator
